Notice to Proceed: 2027–2028 RPH Distribution Transformer Requirements

The National Electrification Administration (NEA) has issued a Notice to Proceed to First Philec, Inc. for the Consignment, Supply and Delivery of the 2027–2028 RPH Distribution Transformer Requirements of the Member Electric Cooperatives of Region Eleven.

The Notice to Proceed signifies the commencement of the supplier’s performance in accordance with the approved contract and delivery schedule.
